Jasmine Schulz, BA (She/They) is a graduate student at the University of St. Thomas for her master's degree in Counseling Psychology. She supports clients in navigating their anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress concerns.

Jasmine’s approach to therapy is person-centered and seeks to build a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment for clients to explore their concerns. Her work draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. She tailors her approach to each client’s individual wants and needs and believes therapy is a unique journey and experience for everyone.

She is trained to be able to support individuals, couples, and families and is open to working with clients ages 6 and up. She has a special interest in working with emerging adults experiencing life transitions and supporting LGBTQIA+ clients. Jasmine is currently under the clinical supervision of Allison Peterson, MA, LP, PMH-C.
