Communication issues

Conflict

Life stressors

Infidelity
-
Mental health concerns
-
Stage of life and relationship changes
Couples Therapy provides partners a supportive environment to explore their relationship strengths and challenges, process identified concerns, and deepen their understanding of their emotions and needs. Our therapists are trained from a systemic perspective to help couples identify and disrupt patterns that may have resulted in conflict and relationship dissatisfaction.
Alexis Evertz, MA, Fiona Polzin, MA (Prepare/Enrich Facilitator), and Megan Jensen, BA provide therapy for couples at Mindful Families.
Premarital counseling and Prepare/Enrich assessments are available at Mindful Families. Premarital counseling is often strengths-focused as couples prepare for their future. Clients participating in couples therapy who are in the premarital stage may work with their therapist through their premarital concerns as part of their therapy process. Couples specifically interested in the Prepare/Enrich Assessment and Feedback sessions may reach out to Fiona Polzin, MA (fiona@mindfulfamiliestherapy.com) for more information.
