Olivia Kramer, BA (She/They) is a graduate student at the University of St. Thomas for her master's degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her approach is warm, empathetic, and person-centered, aiming to support clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, relational distress, life transitions, and stress concerns.

Olivia strives to build a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can feel free to explore and cope with challenges related to their thoughts, feelings, and life events. Her work draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and skills-based approaches. She seeks to build a collaborative relationship with clients to empower them throughout their journey of healing.

She is trained to support individuals, couples, and families and is open to working with clients ages 6 and up. She has experience working with young children in early education and behavioral therapy settings, and has a special interest in supporting family relationships and LGBTQIA+ clients. Olivia is currently under the clinical supervision of Amy Engelhard, LMFT.
